What Nursevi keeps

Nursevi is designed to keep the materials you choose to add, normalized content, care plans, revisions, evidence selections, generated results, and exports so you can return to your work and recover it across sessions.

We do not automatically expire that product content. It remains until you explicitly delete the content or your Nursevi account.

How deletion works

When you confirm deletion in Nursevi, the selected content and inaccessible derivatives are removed from the live product stores without deleting unrelated work. Account deletion removes the account’s live product content after any active paid operation settles.

Encrypted disaster-recovery backups follow a fixed 30-day rolling rotation and are not a product history surface.

Services and measurement

Clerk provides authentication and security mail. Apple provides subscription and purchase services. Nursevi uses isolated server services to generate and store requested results. When you add a DOC or DOCX file, a dedicated document-processing service temporarily receives that file to extract its text; Nursevi continues to show and retain the original file in your Plan.

Google Analytics measures the canonical public page you visit and fixed interactions such as comparison views, tool starts, tool completions, tool clears, product links, and support contact. It also receives standard browser, device, and network details needed to produce those reports.

Nursevi sends only a fixed content identifier and canonical page path without query strings. It does not send free text, checklist selections, calculations, tool results, patient information, submitted content, account identifiers, authentication, purchases, or activity inside the Nursevi app. Advertising pixels, a waitlist provider, and Customer.io lifecycle tracking remain disabled.

Your choices

Avoid entering content you are not permitted to use. Review and correct extracted or generated information, manage your Apple subscription through Apple, and use Nursevi’s in-product controls to delete content or the account.
